Qatar’s Real Estate Transactions Top QAR 1.27 Billion in March

Qatar’s real estate market witnessed strong activity in March 2025, with the total value of sales contracts registered at the Real Estate Registration Department of the Ministry of Justice reaching QAR 1.277 billion.

According to the Ministry’s monthly real estate bulletin, Doha Municipality dominated the list of top property deals by value, accounting for six out of the ten most expensive transactions. Al Rayyan had two properties on the list, while Umm Salal and Al Shamal each had one.

Here are the top 10 most expensive property sales in Qatar for March 2025:

1. Onaiza 63 (Doha): QAR 150 million

2. Al Kharaitiyat (Umm Salal): QAR 90 million

3. Al Gharrafa (Al Rayyan): QAR 44 million

4. Fereej Abdul Aziz (Doha): QAR 43.56 million

5. Aba Al Dhlouf (Al Shamal): QAR 40 million

6. Old Airport (Doha): QAR 32.5 million

7. The Pearl (Doha): QAR 32 million

8. Al Qatifiyah (Doha): QAR 27 million

9. Al Mansoura (Doha): QAR 20 million

10. Al Waab (Al Rayyan): QAR 17.8 million

This performance highlights sustained momentum in the real estate sector, particularly in urban areas, with Doha remaining the primary hub for high-value transactions.
