Qatar’s Real Estate Transactions Exceed QAR 586 Million in One Week
Total real estate transactions in Qatar reached approximately QAR 586.2 million during the period from August 30 to September 3, according to the weekly bulletin issued by the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice.
Registered sale contracts accounted for around QAR 520.4 million, while residential unit sale contracts recorded approximately QAR 65.8 million during the same period.
The properties traded included vacant plots, residential properties, apartment buildings, an administrative building, commercial shops and residential units.
Sales activity was concentrated across several municipalities and areas, including Al Rayyan, Doha, Al Daayen, Al Wakrah, Umm Salal, Al Khor and Al Dhakira, and Al Shamal, as well as Al Wukair, The Pearl Island, Lusail 69, Al Kharaij and Legtaifiya.
Real estate transactions through registered sale contracts had exceeded QAR 411 million during the previous period from August 23 to 27, highlighting continued activity in Qatar’s real estate market.
