Qatar’s Real Estate Transactions Exceed QAR 411 Million in One Week
Qatar’s real estate sector recorded total transactions of approximately QAR 411.2 million during the period from August 23 to 27, according to the weekly bulletin issued by the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice.
Property sales contracts registered with the department amounted to QAR 351.8 million, while residential unit sales contracts reached QAR 59.4 million during the same period.
The properties traded included vacant land, residential properties, residential buildings, commercial shops and residential units.
Transactions were concentrated across the municipalities of Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Daayen, Umm Salal, Al Wakrah, Al Khor and Al Thakhira, Al Shamal and Al Sheehaniya, as well as key areas including The Pearl Island, Lusail 69, Al Wukair, Al Gharrafa, Al Kharayej and Al Meshaf.
The latest figures follow real estate transactions exceeding QAR 371 million during the period from August 16 to 20, highlighting the continued activity in Qatar’s property market.
