Real estate transactions exceed QAR 438 million in a week
The real estate sector in Qatar recorded transactions totaling approximately QAR 438.5 million between April 19 and 23, according to data from the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice.
The value of residential unit sales during the same period reached around QAR 39.8 million, based on the weekly real estate bulletin.
The traded properties included a diverse range of assets such as vacant land, houses, residential buildings, retail shops, mixed-use buildings, and residential units.
Sales activity was concentrated across several municipalities, including Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Wakrah, Al Daayen, Umm Salal, Al Khor and Al Thakhira, and Al Shamal, as well as key areas such as The Pearl Island, Lusail, Al Kharayej, Al Wakir, Al Dafna, Leqtaifiya, and Al Gharrafa.
This compares to transactions exceeding QAR 465 million in the previous week, indicating a slight decline in market activity.
