Qatar’s Real Estate Transactions Surpass $2.9 Billion in the First Half of 2026

April recorded the highest real estate transaction value since the beginning of the year, exceeding QAR 2.7 billion, highlighting the market’s sustained investment momentum.

A recent report on Qatar's real estate transactions confirmed that the property market maintained its positive performance during the first half of 2026, supported by continued investment activity, reflecting the sector's resilience and sustained appeal to investors.

According to a report issued by Al Asmakh Real Estate Transactions Company, the total value of real estate transactions from January to the end of June 2026 reached approximately QAR 10.6 billion, compared to QAR 10.1 billion during the same period in 2025, representing an annual growth rate of 0.95%.

The report noted that April recorded the highest transaction value since the beginning of the year, with total deals exceeding QAR 2.7 billion, highlighting the market's continued strong momentum.

It added that the sector's performance reflects the strength of Qatar's real estate market, supported by an attractive investment environment, ongoing development projects, and a robust legislative and regulatory framework that strengthens investor confidence and promotes sustainable market growth.
