Qatar’s Real Estate Transactions Reach QAR 304.2 Million in One Week

“Real estate sales were concentrated across several of Qatar’s key municipalities and areas, including Al Rayyan, Doha and Al Wakrah.”

Real estate transactions under sale contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice reached QAR 304.2 million during the period from August 9 to 13.

The data showed that the total value of residential unit sale contracts reached QAR 26.3 million during the same period. The transactions included vacant land, residential properties, residential buildings, commercial shops, and residential units.

Sales were concentrated in the municipalities of Al Rayyan, Doha, Al Wakrah, Umm Salal, Al Daayen, Al Khor and Al Thakhira, and Al Shahaniya, as well as Lusail 69, The Pearl Island, Al Kharaij, Ghar Thuaileb, and Umm Al Amad.

Real estate transactions had reached QAR 353.4 million during the previous period from August 2 to 6.
