Qatar’s Real Estate Transactions Near QAR 388 Million in One Week
Qatar’s total real estate transaction volume reached approximately QAR 387.898 million during the period from September 6 to 10, according to the weekly bulletin issued by the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice.
Registered property sale contracts accounted for QAR 322.448 million, while residential unit sale contracts recorded QAR 65.451 million during the same period.
The properties traded included vacant land, residential properties, residential buildings, a commercial building, and residential units. Sales activity was concentrated across several municipalities and areas, including Doha, Al Wakrah, Al Rayyan, Al Daayen, Umm Salal, Al Khor and Al Thakhira, and Al Shamal, as well as Lusail 69, The Pearl Island, Al Wukair, Al Gharafa, Ghar Thuaileb, Al Kharayej, and Al Dafna 60.
Real estate transaction volume had previously exceeded QAR 586 million during the period from August 30 to September 3, according to data from the Real Estate Registration Department.
