Qatar’s Real Estate Price Index Rises 6.81% Year-on-Year in July

A 6.81% annual rise in the real estate price index reflects the continued strength of Qatar’s property market.

Qatar’s real estate price index increased by 6.81% year-on-year at the end of July 2026, while recording a slight 0.07% month-on-month decline.

According to data published by the Qatar Central Bank, the index stood at 243.12 points at the end of July, compared with 227.61 points in July 2025 and 243.28 points in June 2026.

The annual increase reflects continued improvement in real estate price levels in the Qatari market, amid ongoing activity in the sector and sustained transaction volumes.

It is worth noting that the Qatar Central Bank established the Real Estate Price Index based on data issued by the Ministry of Justice, providing an indicator for monitoring property price trends and market developments in the country.
