The plan includes around $38.5 billion in new infrastructure projects, including public-private partnerships, with initial tenders set to begin immediately.
Real estate and hospitality projects are expected to attract around $22.5 billion in private investment, including the Simaisma Beach project, which is projected to attract approximately $5.8 billion.
Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani said Qatar aims to expand private-sector participation and attract international capital, expertise and technology to support economic diversification.
