Khalid bin Ahmed Al Obaidli discusses strengthening real estate cooperation with Saudi officials
Engineer Khalid bin Ahmed Al Obaidli, Chairman of the Qatar Real Estate Regulatory Authority, met with Engineer Abdullah bin Saud Al Hammad, CEO of the Saudi Real Estate General Authority, and Engineer Louay bin Mohammed Al Nahidh, CEO of the Saudi Real Estate Development Fund, during his current visit to Riyadh.
The meetings discussed ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation and activate the memorandum of understanding signed between the parties, in addition to expanding partnerships and exchanging expertise in real estate regulation and development.
The discussions also covered best practices in real estate governance, digital transformation, and the development of real estate systems and legislation, as well as cooperation in real estate financing and development initiatives supporting sector growth.
The authority stated that these meetings come within the framework of enhancing real estate integration and cooperation between Qatar and Saudi Arabia, contributing to improving the efficiency of the real estate sector and keeping pace with rapid market growth in both countries.
