The Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Aqarat) announced that land plots, villas, and apartments accounted for 93.6% of all real estate sales transactions in Qatar during 2025, reflecting strong demand for these property categories and their key role in driving market activity.
According to data shared on the authority’s X platform, land plots represented the largest share of transactions at 34.4%, followed by villas at 33.4% and apartments at 29.4%, while all other property categories combined accounted for just 6.4%.
