Real estate transactions in Qatar exceeded QAR 376 million between February 22 and 26, 2026, according to data from the Qatar Ministry of Justice.

The weekly bulletin issued by the Real Estate Registration Department showed that the value of registered property sale contracts reached about QAR 343.35 million, while residential unit sales amounted to around QAR 32.84 million during the same period.

The traded properties included vacant land plots, houses, residential buildings, commercial shops, and housing units. Sales activity was concentrated in the municipalities of Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Wakrah, Al Daayen, Umm Salal, Al Khor and Al Thakhira, and Al Shamal, as well as in areas such as The Pearl Island, Al Wakir, Al Kharayej, Lusail City, and Legtaifiya.
