The real estate sector recorded robust activity during the period from December 7 to 11, with the total value of sale contracts registered at the Real Estate Registration Department of the Ministry of Justice reaching QAR 488.5 million. Meanwhile, residential unit sales listed in the real estate bulletin amounted to QAR 123.6 million, bringing total weekly real estate trading to approximately QAR 612.2 million.
According to the department’s weekly bulletin, traded properties included vacant land plots, houses, residential buildings, hotel apartments, and residential units.
Sales transactions were concentrated across several municipalities and areas, notably Al Rayyan, Doha, Al Wakrah, Umm Salal, Al Shamal, Al Khor and Al Dhakira, Al Dhaayen, and Al Sheehaniya, as well as Al Kharayej, Lusail 69, The Pearl Island, Al Wakir, Ghar Thaeleb, Al Sakhama, Al Mashaf, and Luqtaifiya.
This performance follows real estate trading that exceeded QAR 451 million in the previous week.
