Qatar’s Real Estate Transactions Reach QAR 393.9 Million in One Week

The Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice reported that the volume of real estate transactions recorded between 14 and 18 September amounted to QAR 369,302,924, while sales contracts for residential units totaled approximately QAR 24,648,963. This brought the overall weekly trading volume to about QAR 393.95 million.

According to the weekly bulletin, traded properties included vacant plots, houses, residential buildings, and residential units.

Most sales were concentrated in the municipalities of Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Wakrah, Al Daayen, Umm Salal, Al Shamal, Al Khor, and Al Dhakira, in addition to areas such as Lusail 69, Al Khraij, and Ghar Thuaileb.

It is worth noting that in the previous period, from 7 to 11 September, real estate transactions had exceeded QAR 606 million, indicating a notable decline in the latest week.
