Qatar’s real estate market recorded transactions worth QAR 308.26 million during the period from 17 to 21 August 2025, including deals in the residential sector.
According to the weekly bulletin issued by the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice on Thursday, the total value of property transactions reached QAR 255.27 million. Doha Municipality accounted for the highest-value deal worth QAR 124 million, while Al Khor and Al Thakira Municipality registered the lowest at QAR 7 million.
Doha also led in the number of transactions with 27 deals, whereas Umm Salal, Al Khor, and Al Thakira recorded only six transactions each during the week.
Meanwhile, the value of residential unit transactions stood at QAR 52.99 million, compared to QAR 326.02 million in the previous week (10–14 August 2025).
