The “Mahakem” electronic platform, affiliated with the Supreme Judiciary Council, has announced an auction on August 5 featuring 38 movable items, including furniture, tower cranes, elevators, building materials, and furnishings. Highlighted items include a tower crane with a starting price of QAR 9 million, a glass workshop at QAR 251,401, two wooden boats for QAR 51,000, a car insulation shop for QAR 11,000, and a set of cameras and accessories for QAR 7,000.

Also on offer are luxury items such as 15 premium pens priced at QAR 20,000 and men’s 18k gold cufflinks at QAR 2,000.

On August 10, the app will host an online real estate auction for 16 properties. The top listings include:

A residential building with retail shops in Al add at QAR 166 million.

A villa compound in Fereej Sudan for QAR 185 million.

Traditional homes in Fereej Bin Mahmoud for QAR 72 million.

A vacant land plot in Al Sadd at QAR 38 million.

A traditional house in Al Ghuwairiya at QAR 971,000.

The app also concluded a previous auction with notable sales, including:
