Qatar’s Real Estate Transactions Reach QAR 293.6 Million in One Week
Real estate transactions totaled QAR 293.6 million in just one week.
According to the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice, the volume of real estate trading recorded during the period 10–14 August reached QAR 293,609,761.
The weekly bulletin also reported that the total value of sales contracts for residential units during the same period amounted to QAR 32,410,656.
The list of traded properties included: vacant plots, houses, residential buildings, commercial buildings, and residential units.
Real estate sales were concentrated in the municipalities of Al Rayyan, Doha, Al Wakrah, Al Daayen, Umm Salal, Al Shamal, Al Khor, and Al Dhakira, as well as in the areas of The Pearl Island, Lusail 69, and Al Khraij.
