Real estate transactions in Qatar, including residential units, totaled QAR 392.84 million during the period from July 13 to 17, 2025, according to the latest weekly bulletin issued by the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice.
The total value of property transactions during this period amounted to approximately QAR 350.5 million. Al Rayyan Municipality recorded the highest-value transaction at QAR 121 million, while Al Shamal Municipality reported the lowest at just QAR 120 million.
Al Rayyan also led in terms of activity with 31 transactions, whereas Al Shamal recorded only one deal for the week.
Residential unit transactions reached QAR 42.34 million during the same period, marking a decline compared to QAR 448.37 million recorded in the previous week (July 6 to 10, 2025).
