Qatar’s real estate market witnessed notable activity during the period from June 15 to 19, with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice recording property sales contracts worth a total of QAR 423,674,670.
According to the weekly real estate bulletin, total residential unit sales contracts during the same period reached approximately QAR 59.5 million, reflecting continued demand in the housing sector.
The traded properties included vacant land plots, residential buildings, houses, residential complexes, and individual units, with most transactions concentrated in the municipalities of Al Rayyan, Doha, Al Wakrah, Umm Salal, Al Khor and Al Dhakira, Al Daayen, and Al Shamal, as well as in prominent areas such as The Pearl Island, Lusail 69, and Ghar Thaileb.
It is worth noting that real estate transactions during the previous period from June 10 to 12 totaled over QAR 165 million, indicating a significant uptick in market activity in the following week.
