Qatar recorded real

 estate transactions, including residential units, amounting to approximately QAR 261.82 million during the period from December 29, 2024, to January 2, 2025.

According to the weekly

 report issued by the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice on Thursday, the total value of real estate transactions during this period was about QAR 251.25 million.

The ministry indicated

 that Doha Municipality recorded the highest-value real estate transactions, totaling QAR 101 million, while Al Shamal Municipality recorded the lowest, with only QAR 3 million in transactions.

Doha Municipality als

o led in the number of transactions, with 19 deals, while Al Shamal recorded only two transactions during the week.

As for residential unit

 transactions, they totaled approximately QAR 10.57 million during the same period.

In comparison, real

 estate transactions, including residential units, recorded in Qatar from December 22 to December 26, 2024, amounted to about QAR 264.65 million.
