Qatar’s Weekly Real Estate Transactions Exceed QAR 383 Million

The transactions included vacant land, residential properties, residential buildings, a commercial office building, retail shops, and residential units, reflecting the diversity of activity in Qatar’s real estate market.

Qatar's real estate transactions exceeded QAR 383 million during the period from 21 to 25 June 2026, according to the weekly bulletin issued by the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice.

The report showed that the value of registered property sale contracts reached QAR 317.885 million, while residential unit sales totaled QAR 65.143 million, bringing the total value of weekly real estate transactions to approximately QAR 383.028 million.

The transactions included vacant land plots, residential properties, residential buildings, a commercial office building, retail shops, and residential units, reflecting the diversity of activity across the real estate market.

Sales were concentrated in the municipalities of Al Wakrah, Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Daayen, Al Khor and Al Dhakira, Al Shamal, and Umm Salal, in addition to key areas including Lusail 69, The Pearl Island, Al Kharayej, Ghar Thaileb, Al Gharrafa, and Al Wukair.

For comparison, real estate transactions totaled QAR 545.321 million during the previous week, covering the period from 14 to 18 June 2026.
