Qatar’s Real Estate Transactions Reach QAR 377.2 Million in One Week

“Total real estate transaction value in Qatar reached QAR 377.2 million from August 2 to 6.”

Total real estate transaction value in Qatar reached QAR 377.2 million during the period from August 2 to 6, according to the weekly bulletin issued by the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice.

The bulletin stated that registered property sale contracts amounted to QAR 353.4 million, while residential unit sale contracts totaled QAR 23.8 million during the same period.

The transactions included vacant land, residential properties, a commercial building, residential buildings, and residential units. Sales were concentrated in the municipalities of Doha, Al Wakrah, Al Rayyan, Umm Salal, Al Daayen, Al Khor and Al Thakhira, and Al Shamal, as well as Lusail 69, The Pearl Island, Al Kharaij, and Legtaifiya.

Real estate transactions had exceeded QAR 400 million during the period from July 26 to 30.
