Qatar’s Real Estate Transactions Reach QAR 371.3 Million in One Week

Qatar’s real estate market maintains its momentum, with transactions spanning land, residential properties, and commercial and residential units.

Total real estate transaction value under sale contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice reached QAR 371.3 million during the period from August 16 to 20.

Real estate sale contracts accounted for approximately QAR 315.5 million, while residential unit sale contracts reached QAR 55.8 million during the same period.

The transactions included vacant land, residential properties, residential buildings, commercial shops, and residential units. Sales were concentrated across several municipalities, particularly Al Rayyan, Al Khor and Al Thakhira, Doha, Al Wakrah, Al Daayen, Umm Salal, and Al Shamal.

Transactions also covered areas including Lusail 69, The Pearl Island, Al Wukair, Al Kharaij, Al Gharrafa, Al Sakhama, Al Ab, and Ghar Thuaileb.

Real estate transactions had exceeded QAR 330 million during the previous period from August 9 to 13, highlighting the continued activity of Qatar’s real estate market.
