Enhancing the efficiency of small and medium enterprise owners

Sustainability is no longer optional—it is essential for ensuring business continuity and growth amid economic challenges.

The Qatar Chamber organized a virtual training workshop titled “Project Sustainability in Light of Economic Changes,” in cooperation with the Young Entrepreneurs Club, as part of its ongoing efforts to support entrepreneurs and strengthen their ability to navigate current economic challenges.

The session was delivered by Nayef Mohammed Al Ibrahim, Co-Founder and CEO of Ebtekar, who highlighted modern strategies for maintaining business stability and development. He emphasized the importance of innovation in resource management and improving operational efficiency to ensure long-term sustainability.

Fatima Issa Al Kuwari, Head of Training and Development at Qatar Chamber, stated that the current phase requires business owners to enhance their readiness to address economic challenges, noting that sustainability has become a key factor in the success and continuity of projects.

She added that the chamber is committed to providing specialized training programs aimed at empowering the private sector and enabling entrepreneurs to adapt to changes and turn challenges into growth opportunities.

She further explained that this workshop is part of a series of initiatives designed to support the business environment in Qatar and enhance the capabilities of small and medium-sized enterprises by equipping them with practical knowledge to achieve stability and growth.
