Real estate transactions exceed QAR 777 million in one week

The diversity and geographic spread of transactions reflect stable market activity and sustained demand.

The real estate sector in Qatar recorded strong activity during the period from April 5 to 9, with the total value of sales contracts registered at the Real Estate Registration Department of the Ministry of Justice reaching QAR 725.26 million.

The total value of residential unit sales during the same period amounted to approximately QAR 51.97 million, according to the weekly real estate bulletin issued by the department.

The report indicated that transactions included a variety of property types such as vacant land, houses, residential buildings, retail shops, administrative offices, commercial buildings, and residential units.

Sales activity was concentrated across several municipalities, including Al Rayyan, Doha, Al Daayen, Al Wakrah, Umm Salal, Al Khor and Al Thakhira, and Al Sheehaniya, in addition to key areas such as Al Kharayej, The Pearl, Lusail 69, and Al Wakir.

It is worth noting that real estate transaction volume exceeded QAR 729 million during the previous period from March 29 to April 2, indicating relatively stable market activity.
