The Civil Service and Government Development Bureau announced the availability of job vacancies for the positions of “Programmer” and “Information Systems Engineer – Level Three” as part of the second batch of the “Jadara” program, launched by the Ministry of Finance, through the National Unified Platform for Recruitment and Career Development “Kawader.”

The program targets job-seeking graduates holding bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, and Cybersecurity, under a fast-track recruitment system designed to meet government entities’ needs and support the country’s digital transformation efforts, as part of national initiatives to empower specialized talents.

The Bureau confirmed that applications are open to fresh graduates via the “Kawader” platform, encouraging national competencies to join the Jadara program to enhance their career prospects in information systems and cybersecurity fields.

In its first phase, the “Kawader” platform targets Qatari citizens and children of Qatari women, offering job opportunities across the public and private sectors. It enables job seekers to create professional profiles, apply for suitable positions, track application stages electronically, and access career guidance and counseling services.

The platform also streamlines electronic procedures between government entities and employers by facilitating job requests, candidate tracking, and conducting interviews online.

Additionally, the Civil Service and Government Development Bureau, in collaboration with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, introduced advanced updates to the “Kawader” platform, including an AI-powered personal CV builder, aimed at supporting job seekers and improving their readiness for employment.

This service provides smart, personalized, step-by-step guidance for creating professional CVs, supports both Arabic and English languages, allows high-quality PDF downloads, highlights key skills and strengths, and helps job seekers enhance their employment opportunities and confidently launch their careers.
