Al Dhayen tops the list of Qatar’s 10 most expensive properties in Q4 2025… discover the prices
A strong surge in Q4 2025 real estate transactions highlights growing investor confidence in the local market.

Qatar’s real estate transaction index recorded a total value exceeding QAR 6.35 billion during the fourth quarter of 2025, through 1,557 property deals, compared to approximately QAR 3.7 billion from 962 transactions in the same period of 2024, reflecting strong growth in market activity.

According to the analytical real estate bulletin issued by the Ministry of Justice via the X platform, the top 10 property transactions in Q4 2025 were geographically distributed across five properties in Doha Municipality, three in Al Rayyan, and one property each in Al Wakrah and Al Daayen.

Al Aba area in Al Daayen topped the list with a transaction value of QAR 168.5 million, followed by Al Wakrah at QAR 163.7 million, and Al Thumama in Doha at QAR 150 million, highlighting continued demand for prime locations across the country.
