Elegancia Facilities Management W.L.L has been awarded a comprehensive Facilities Management contract valued at QAR 233.7 million, covering the operation, maintenance, and management of facilities on a continuous basis.

The scope of the contract includes Hard Facilities Management services, encompassing preventive and corrective operation and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), civil and architectural works, as well as various specialist systems such as fire protection, solar heating, automated waste collection, swimming pools, water treatment systems, medical gas systems, chiller management, Building Management Units (BMU), generators and transformers, Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), security management systems, audio-visual systems, and the maintenance of lifts and escalators.

The contract also provides for on-call services, including repair and demolition works, landscaping activities, supply and installation of miscellaneous items, manpower provision, and rental of equipment and machinery as required.

The contract becomes effective on 1 January 2026 and is scheduled for completion by 31 May 2031.
