451 million riyals in real estate transactions in one week

Real estate trading volume recorded in the sale contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice reached QAR 403.161 million during the period from November 30 to December 4. Meanwhile, the total value of sales contracts for residential units listed in the real estate bulletin amounted to QAR 48.581 million for the same period, bringing the total weekly real estate trading volume to approximately QAR 451.742 million.

The weekly bulletin indicated that the traded properties included vacant land plots, houses, residential buildings, and residential units.

Sales were concentrated in the municipalities of Doha, Al Rayyan, Umm Salal, Al Daayen, Al Wakra, Al Khor, Al Thakhira, Al Shamal, and Al Shahaniya, in addition to the areas of Al Wukair, The Pearl Island, Lusail 69, Al Kharaej, Gar Thuaileb, Al Meshaf, and Al Sakhama.

This comes after real estate trading volume exceeded QAR 485 million during the period from November 23 to 27.
