485 million QAR in real estate transactions recorded in one week
"Qatar’s real estate market recorded weekly transactions exceeding 485 million QAR, reaffirming the strong momentum in sales and investments."

During the period from November 23 to 27, the value of real estate transactions recorded in sales contracts at the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice amounted to 398,304,278 Qatari riyals. Meanwhile, the total value of sales contracts for residential units listed in the real estate bulletin for the same period reached 86,715,367 riyals, bringing the overall real estate activity for the week to approximately 485.019 million riyals.

According to the weekly bulletin issued by the department, the list of properties sold included vacant land plots, houses, residential buildings, a residential compound, a commercial building, a mixed-use building, and residential units.

Sales activity was concentrated in several municipalities, including Al Rayyan, Doha, Al Daayen, Umm Salal, Al Khor and Al Thakhira, Al Wakra, Al Shamal, and Al Shahaniya, as well as areas such as Lusail 69, Al Wukair, The Pearl Island, Ghar Thaileb, Al Khuraij, Al Mashaf, Al Qutaifiya, Al Sakhama, and Al Gharrafa.

Real estate transaction volumes during the previous period, from November 16 to 20, had exceeded 767 million riyals, reflecting continued momentum in the real estate market.
