Qatar's Weekly Real Estate Transactions Reach QAR 506 Million

Real estate activity in Qatar showed notable momentum during the period from November 9 to 13, with the value of sales contracts registered at the Real Estate Registration Department of the Ministry of Justice reaching QAR 464.948 million. Residential units included in the real estate bulletin recorded an additional QAR 41.369 million in sales, bringing the total weekly real estate transactions to approximately QAR 506.317 million.

The weekly bulletin indicated that the traded properties included vacant plots, houses, residential buildings, residential complexes, and apartment units. The transactions were concentrated in several municipalities, including Al Wakra, Al Rayyan, Doha, Umm Salal, Al Dhaayen, Al Khor and Al Thakhira, in addition to areas such as The Pearl Island, Lusail, Al Kharaij, and Al Qutaifiya.

It is also noted that real estate transactions in the previous week (November 2 to 6) exceeded QAR 810 million, reflecting sustained market activity.
