Real estate trading volume recorded in the sale contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice during the period 2–6 November amounted to QAR 762,952,804. Meanwhile, the total value of sale contracts for residential units listed in the weekly real estate bulletin reached QAR 48,009,657 for the same period. This brings the total real estate trading volume for the week to approximately QAR 810.962 million.
The weekly report issued by the department indicated that the traded properties included:
vacant land plots, houses, residential buildings, a residential tower, a commercial building, a residential complex, and residential units.
Property sales were concentrated in the municipalities of Al Shamal, Al Rayyan, Doha, Al Wakra, Umm Slal, Al Daayen, Al Khor and Al Thakhira, in addition to the areas of Lusail 69, Al Wukair, The Pearl Island, Al Khuraij, Al Sakhama, and Al Meshaf.
It is worth noting that real estate trading volume for the period 26–30 October exceeded QAR 426 million.
