Real Estate Transactions Reach QAR 426 Million in One Week
Doha, Al Wakrah, and Al Rayyan Lead Qatar’s Property Market in Late October!

The total value of real estate transactions in Qatar reached QAR 426.6 million during the period from October 26 to 30, according to the weekly bulletin issued by the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice.

The report indicated that the value of registered sales contracts amounted to QAR 318.79 million, while sales of residential units totaled around QAR 107.8 million during the same period.

The properties traded included vacant lands, houses, residential buildings, and apartment units, with transactions concentrated in municipalities such as Al Wakrah, Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Shamal, Al Daayen, Umm Salal, Al Khor, and Al Dhakira, as well as areas like The Pearl Island, Al Wukair, Al Meshaf, Ghar Thaileb, Al Khuraij, Al Qutaifiya, Al Sakhama, and Lusail 69.

It is worth noting that the total real estate transaction value recorded in the previous week (October 19–23) exceeded QAR 748 million, indicating a decline in market activity during the last week of October.
