The Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice reported that real estate transactions recorded between 31 August and 4 September 2025 amounted to QAR 394,349,422.

According to the weekly bulletin, the total value of sales contracts for residential units during the same period reached approximately QAR 124,490,727.

The traded properties included: vacant plots, houses, residential buildings, mixed-use buildings, commercial buildings, shops, and residential units.

Sales were concentrated in the municipalities of Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Wakrah, Al Daayen, Al Shamal, Umm Salal, Al Khor, and Al Dhakira, as well as in The Pearl Island, Lusail 69, Al Khraij, and Ghar Thuaileb.

It is noteworthy that during the period 24–28 August 2025, real estate transactions had totaled QAR 333 million, reflecting a significant increase in the following week.
