Qatar Real Estate Regulatory Authority Announces Third Edition of Qatar Real Estate Forum This October
"The third edition of the Qatar Real Estate Forum will feature Saudi Arabia as the official Guest of Honor through a strategic partnership."

Under the patronage of His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Real Estate Regulatory Authority “Aqarat” has announced the third edition of the Qatar Real Estate Forum, to be held from 14 to 16 October 2025 at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center, alongside the Cityscape exhibition.

This year’s edition underscores the pivotal role of the real estate sector as a key pillar of Qatar’s Third National Development Strategy (2024–2030), and reflects the country’s vision of building a sustainable and attractive investment environment.

Speaking at a press conference, H.E. Eng. Khalid bin Ahmed Al Obaidli, Chairman of the Authority, highlighted that the forum has become an annual platform bringing together investors, developers, policymakers, and industry leaders to explore opportunities, tackle challenges, and strengthen confidence in Qatar’s real estate market.

He further noted that the 2025 edition will feature Saudi Arabia as the official Guest of Honor, represented by a national pavilion showcasing several Saudi government entities, in a step that reinforces bilateral cooperation and knowledge exchange between the two countries.

The forum will focus on four main themes: the role of government policies and legislation, advancements in proptech and digital solutions, the investor’s journey and related opportunities, and major upcoming real estate projects in Qatar.

H.E. Al Obaidli also revealed ongoing discussions with banks to launch new financing schemes that would make property ownership more accessible for citizens, residents, and newlyweds. These initiatives will be supported by the Escrow Account system introduced by the Authority to enhance trust in the banking sector and secure financing for licensed real estate projects.

The three-day event will host more than 30 speakers from Qatar, the GCC, Asia, and the United States, in addition to workshops, panel discussions, and the signing of sponsorship agreements with leading local and international companies.

Aqarat has invited all stakeholders, investors, and real estate professionals to register through the forum’s official website for participation details.

It is worth noting that the second edition of the Forum in 2024 attracted over 14,000 participants and witnessed the signing of 16 agreements, cementing its status as one of the region’s leading platforms for shaping the future of real estate and investment.
