Qatar's real estate market recorded transactions worth QAR 374.77 million during the period from July 20 to 24, 2025, including residential unit sales.
According to the weekly bulletin issued by the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice on Thursday, the total value of real estate transactions during this period reached QAR 341.87 million.
Doha Municipality accounted for the highest-value transaction at QAR 145 million, while Al Shamal Municipality recorded the lowest, trailing behind by only QAR 925,000.
In terms of volume, Al Rayyan Municipality led with 29 transactions, whereas Al Shamal registered just one deal throughout the week.
Residential unit transactions alone amounted to approximately QAR 32.91 million during the same period, compared to QAR 392.84 million in the previous week from July 13 to 17.
