Real Estate Price Index Rises Annually in February but Declines Monthly

Recent data revealed a 2.93% year-on-year increase in Qatar’s Real Estate Price Index by the end of February 2025, according to the Qatar Central Bank. The index recorded 223.57 points, up from 217.2 points in February 2024.

However, despite this annual increase, the index saw a 1.46% decline compared to January 2025, when it stood at 226.8 points. It is worth noting that the Qatar Central Bank introduced the Real Estate Price Index based on data issued by the Ministry of Justice, providing a key reference for assessing the real estate sector's performance.
