Real Estate Price Index in Qatar Declines by the End of November 2024
The Real Estate Price Index in Qatar witnessed a significant decline by the end of November 2024, according to data published by the Qatar Central Bank on Sunday.
The index recorded 217.79 points at the end of the month, marking a decrease of 1.20% compared to November 2023, when it stood at 220.43 points. Additionally, the index dropped by 2.83% from its level in October 2024, which was 224.13 points.
It is worth noting that the Qatar Central Bank introduced the Real Estate Price Index for the first time based on data issued by the Ministry of Justice.
