Real Estate Regulatory Authority and Qatar Chamber Discuss Supporting Developers and Investors

Ongoing cooperation between regulatory authorities and the private sector is strengthening Qatar’s real estate investment environment.

Mohammed bin Hassan Al Malki, Chairman of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, met with Khalifa bin Jassim bin Mohammed Al Thani, Chairman of Qatar Chamber, to discuss ways to strengthen cooperation and support the development of Qatar’s Qatar real estate sector.

The meeting addressed several issues related to regulating the real estate market and improving the business environment, in addition to discussing challenges facing real estate developers, investors, and business owners, along with suitable mechanisms to address them and enhance the sector’s stability and investment appeal.

Both sides also agreed to organize an expanded meeting at Qatar Chamber headquarters that will bring together the Real Estate Regulatory Authority and real estate developers to discuss key market challenges and explore practical solutions to support sector growth.

Mohammed bin Hassan Al Malki emphasized the importance of continued cooperation between the authority and Qatar Chamber, stressing the authority’s commitment to addressing challenges facing the real estate sector promptly in line with market developments and investor confidence.
