Kawader Platform Launches 495 New Job Opportunities to Support National Talent Employment

Accurate and regularly updated information is the key to accessing the right job opportunities through the Kawader platform.

Mohammed Salem Al-Khulaifi, Director of Qualification and Skills Development at the Ministry of Labour, affirmed that offering 495 job opportunities through the "Kawader" platform is part of the Ministry’s ongoing efforts to provide quality employment opportunities for Qatari citizens and strengthen alignment between national talents and labor market needs.

Speaking during Qatar TV’s “Hayatuna” program, Al-Khulaifi explained that the "Kawader" platform serves as an advanced digital gateway that enables job seekers to access opportunities matching their qualifications and professional experience. He emphasized the importance of accurately entering and regularly updating personal and professional information to improve job matching results.

He noted that the platform relies on matching users’ profiles with available job requirements, ensuring that the most relevant opportunities are displayed. He added that incomplete or outdated information may limit the visibility of suitable vacancies.

Al-Khulaifi stressed that the platform plays a key role in accelerating recruitment processes and strengthening the connection between employers and national talents, supporting the Ministry’s efforts to empower citizens and increase their participation across various sectors.

Regarding the most in-demand specializations, he stated that while labor market needs evolve over time, accounting, human resources, information technology, and engineering disciplines—including computer, mechanical, electrical, and chemical engineering—continue to rank among the most sought-after fields in Qatar’s labor market.
