The Qatar Supreme Judiciary Council announced the organization of a judicial real estate auction via the Court Auctions app, scheduled for Sunday, April 12, 2026, from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM.

According to a statement posted on X, the total starting value of the properties exceeds QAR 1.121 billion, featuring a diverse portfolio of assets.

The properties include:

Two commercial hotel buildings in Msheireb with a starting price of approximately QAR 175 million.

Two residential buildings in Lusail with combined starting prices exceeding QAR 58 million.

A mixed-use complex (commercial, service, and residential) in New Al Mirqab with a starting price exceeding QAR 852 million.

A commercial and administrative building in Najma with a starting price above QAR 34 million.

This auction comes as part of ongoing efforts to regulate judicial property sales and enhance transparency in offering real estate assets.
