Real estate activity continues with transactions concentrated in key areas, reflecting sustained market demand.

Real estate transactions in Qatar reached approximately QAR 231.98 million between March 22 and 26, according to data from the Ministry of Justice.

The total value of residential unit sales during the same period amounted to around QAR 26.53 million, with transactions including vacant land, houses, and residential units.

The weekly bulletin indicated that trading activity was concentrated across several municipalities, including Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Wakrah, Umm Salal, Al Khor and Al Thakhira, Al Daayen, and Al Shamal, as well as key areas such as The Pearl-Qatar, Lusail, and Al Wakir.

The report also noted that real estate transactions exceeded QAR 98 million on March 15 and 16, reflecting continued market activity despite weekly fluctuations.
