Real estate transactions in Qatar, including residential units, witnessed notable activity between February 15 and 19, 2026, approaching the one-billion-riyal mark.
According to the weekly bulletin issued by the Real Estate Registration Department at the Qatar Ministry of Justice, the total value of transactions during the period reached approximately QAR 931.37 million.
Doha Municipality recorded the highest-value deals at QAR 282 million, while Al Shamal Municipality followed closely with a difference of only QAR 2 million. In terms of transaction volume, Al Daayen Municipality led with 77 deals, whereas Al Shamal recorded only two transactions during the same week.
