Real estate transactions in Qatar — including residential units — totaled approximately QAR 448.37 million between July 6 and 10, 2025, according to the weekly report issued by the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice.
The value of general real estate transactions (excluding residential units) during this period reached QAR 392.51 million. Doha Municipality recorded the highest single transaction valued at QAR 203 million, while Al Shamal Municipality reported the lowest at QAR 3 million.
In terms of transaction volume, Al Rayyan Municipality led with 27 transactions, while Al Shamal recorded only 3 deals during the week.
As for residential unit transactions, they totaled around QAR 55.86 million, a drop compared to QAR 582.93 million in the previous week (June 29 to July 3, 2025).
