Real estate transactions in Qatar spanned vacant land, residential and commercial buildings, and housing units across several municipalities and key areas of the country.

Qatar’s Real Estate Transactions Exceed QAR 583 Million in One Week

Qatar’s real estate transactions reached approximately QAR 583.1 million during the period from September 20 to 24, according to the weekly bulletin issued by the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice.

Registered property sale contracts amounted to QAR 516.36 million, while sales of residential units totalled QAR 66.74 million over the same period.

The transactions covered a range of property types, including vacant land, homes, residential and commercial buildings, a service building, and residential units.

Sales were recorded across several municipalities, including Al Rayyan, Doha, Umm Salal, Al Wakrah, Al Daayen, Al Khor and Al Thakhira, and Al Shamal. Transactions also took place in areas such as Lusail 69, The Pearl Island, Al Wukair, Al Gharafa, Al Kharayej and Ghar Thuaileb.

For comparison, registered real estate transactions exceeded QAR 370 million during the previous reporting period, from September 13 to 17, according to the published figures.
