Qatar’s Real Estate Transactions Exceed QAR 508 Million in One Week
Real estate transactions in Qatar reached approximately QAR 508.27 million during the period from September 27 to October 1, according to the weekly bulletin issued by the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice.
Registered property sale contracts totaled QAR 464.18 million, while residential unit sales amounted to approximately QAR 44.09 million during the same period.
The properties traded included vacant land, houses, residential, commercial and administrative buildings, commercial shops, and residential units.
Sales were recorded across several municipalities, including Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Wakrah, Umm Salal, Al Daayen, Al Khor and Al Thakhira, Al Shamal, and Al Shahaniya. Transactions also covered areas such as Lusail 69, The Pearl Island, Al Wukair, Al Kharaij, Leqtaifiya, Al Gharrafa, and Al Sakhama.
Real estate transactions had exceeded QAR 583 million during the previous reporting period, from September 20 to 24.
