At MWC26 Doha, Ooredoo is showcasing how combining connectivity, data centres, and AI computing capabilities can help businesses enhance their operations and unlock new revenue opportunities.

The MWC26 Doha conference has opened in Qatar under the theme “The Intelligent Age”. Hosted by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology in partnership with the GSMA, the event is taking place at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center from 8 to 10 November.

Ooredoo Group is participating as the Strategic Telco Partner, showcasing solutions that combine connectivity services, data centres, and AI computing capabilities to support businesses across its markets.

At its booth, B40, the group is presenting live demonstrations, interactive experiences, and practical use cases across five key areas: Connect, Host, Compute, Apply, and Monetise.

These demonstrations highlight how businesses can leverage integrated digital capabilities to enhance their operations, deliver better customer experiences, and unlock new revenue streams.

Commenting on the participation, Aziz Aluthman Fakhroo, Group CEO of Ooredoo, said that the Mobile World Congress brings together global leaders from the telecommunications and technology sectors in Qatar, providing an opportunity to demonstrate how businesses can practically benefit from the group’s digital infrastructure and services.

He added that Ooredoo looks forward to welcoming visitors to its booth, where they can explore live demonstrations and engage with the group’s teams.

Fakhroo will also participate in a panel discussion titled “Mobile Connectivity Driving Progress” as part of the Digital Leadership Forum. The session will address investment in resilient networks, the integration of terrestrial networks with satellite communications, and digital inclusion.

In addition, Ooredoo representatives will contribute to several sessions throughout the conference programme, including the Satellite and Non-Terrestrial Networks Summit, the Smart Mobility Summit, and the Future Networks Summit.

Other sessions will cover “Choosing Twice: Winning Customers in the Age of AI Agents”, the Security Summit, AI Infrastructure and Smart Data Centres, and the Open Telco AI Summit.
