A total of 32 Qatari real estate brokers, including individuals and companies, have taken the legal oath before the Real Estate Brokers Affairs Committee at the Ministry of Justice, after completing all licensing procedures under Law No. (22) of 2017 regulating real estate brokerage, and successfully passing the mandatory training program for licensed brokers.
Mr. Amer Saeed Al-Ghafri, Assistant Undersecretary for Real Estate Registration and Documentation at the Ministry of Justice and Chairman of the Real Estate Brokers Affairs Committee, welcomed the new batch of licensed brokers and wished them success in performing their duties in the real estate market.
Al-Ghafri highlighted that this new group represents an important addition to the roster of licensed brokers, noting their vital role in supporting the growth and development of the real estate sector, enhancing its investment appeal, and safeguarding the rights of clients through qualified and legally compliant brokers.
The committee reiterated the importance of dealing exclusively with licensed real estate brokers to ensure the protection of all parties and the proper processing of real estate transactions.
