Real estate transactions in Qatar recorded remarkable activity during September 2025, with a total value reaching approximately QAR 1.861 billion, spread across 516 property deals in various municipalities.

According to the Real Estate Bulletin issued by the Ministry of Justice, the Al Rayyan and Al Wakra municipalities topped the list in terms of the number of transactions, with a total of 214 deals each.
