Index in 2024 Reaches Over QAR 14.5 Billion
The real estate
transactions index for 2024 recorded a total value of QAR 14,522,392,627 billion across 3,548 real estate transactions, compared to QAR 16,703,093,556 billion from 3,579 transactions in 2023.
According to the 2024
Annual Real Estate Bulletin issued by the Ministry of Justice, the top 10 highest-priced properties in Qatar during 2024 were revealed. Of these, 9 properties were located in Doha Municipality, while one was in Al Wakrah Municipality.
